Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders over $200 within the U.S.
• $8 flat rate on orders under $200.
• Every order ships fully tracked via USPS or UPS — carrier chosen by weight and destination.
• Insurance included on orders over $100.

Transit times

Orders ship within 4–7 business days of payment. Once a set’s parts are picked and inspected, packing happens within one business day. You’ll get a tracking number by email when the package leaves our workshop.

Returns

30-day return window from delivery, for any reason. Set must be substantially complete (i.e., not partially built into another model).

• Damaged, missing, or incorrect parts → we cover return shipping.
• Buyer’s remorse / no-fault returns → buyer covers return shipping.
• Refunds posted within 3 business days of receipt.

Every-brick guarantee

If a single piece is missing or out of spec when your order arrives, we replace it free — or refund the whole order. Every brick passes three vision checks before reaching your bin, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.

International

Currently U.S. only. International shipping is on the roadmap — message us if you’d like to be notified when it launches.
