Every brick that leaves our workshop has been weighed, photographed, sorted, and matched to a catalogue entry. We don’t approximate. If we don’t have the piece, the set doesn’t unlock.

Bulk unsorted brick sourced from estate sales, liquidations, and partner suppliers worldwide.

Scan
Pieces pass under a YOLOv8 camera array. Identification is logged, photographed, and weighed.

A pneumatic sorter routes each piece into one of 864 bins by part number and colour.

Match
Inventory is reconciled against the catalogue. Sets unlock for sale once every piece is in stock.
